We are currently looking at acquiring two fixer upper properties from an upcoming Tax Lien sale that will be rehabbed and turned into rental properties. If you're new to tax lien sales, read this cool article which gives a good overiew of the process. Once we acquire these 2 properties, we will need to wait a 6-12 month "redemption period" which will give the home owner time to pay off the lien on the property.

We are in the early stages of acquiring a southern-style Duplex which will consolidate into a single home. Once the home has been merged and rehabbed, the goal is rent out the property for passive income that can be used as capital for other deals.
